What are some practical things you can do to make your site more attractive to buyers and investors?

​This week on the podcast we’re joined by Mohit Tater from Blackbook Investments.

Blackbook Investments specialize in online business investing. That includes buying and selling content and affiliate sites, service and subscription sites, Ecommerce businesses, and SaaS companies.

Mohit is the founder and CEO of the company, and like many of us, he got his start in online business by building his own niche site.

When that didn’t go so well, he starting buying and flipping sites from Flippa. This eventually led to the creation of Blackbook Investments, the details of which he shares in the interview.

Mohit is frequently buying and selling websites now and is good get advice from if you’re thinking of doing either of those things in the future.

For website sellers, he shares some of the things you can do to make your site more appealing to buyers, such as creating content that has some passion in it!

For websites buyers, he talks about the types of sites BlackBook Investments is interested in, and gives tips on vetting sites before buying them. For example, how to vet all the stated income is coming from the site for sale and not being generated elsewhere.
