This Site Makes $20k - Biggest Ever Listing On Motion Invest​

We’ve just listed our biggest site for sale on Motion Invest.

It’s a recipe website that has been built up lovingly over almost 4 years.

It has a lot of great content. There are almost 500 posts with popular recipes, high-quality photos, and even many custom videos.

You can see more of the website stats in the screenshot above:

• An average of $20,000 per month over the last 12 months
• Almost 500,000 monthly visitors
• DA39 or DR47 (lots of great backlinks)

The site gets a decent amount of organic traffic, but a lot of it comes through social media as well. The associated Pinterest page, for example, gets over 10 million monthly views and has almost 150,000 followers.

Last December, the site made almost $60,000 in a single month! Earnings dropped off in the new year but have been increasing again steadily over the last 3 to 4 months.

Overall, it seems to be a really healthy site that has a lot going for it. It’s not your average niche site, it’s a high-quality blog filled with rich and engaging content.
