If there’s one thing we can say for sure, it’s that 2021 has certainly been a year. But as these 12 months (that somehow simultaneously felt like 12 years and 12 seconds) draw to a close, we’re getting ready to take a well-deserved break – and we hope you are too.

This week, we’re taking the opportunity to reflect on some of our favorite pieces from the year. Despite the global challenges we’re all collectively facing, Intercom has continued to accelerate, and 2021 saw us launch new features, expand our team, grow our ARR, and continue to help businesses support and engage their customers.
