Great software is opinionated - it has a built in point of view on how a problem should be solved. It's the job of marketing and sales to communicate that point of view in a compelling way for prospects.

If you work at a remote-first company, err on the side of over-communicating.

Better to be slightly redundant and possibly annoying than to be vague and unclear.

People don't like marketing because bad marketing gets noticed.

Great marketing adds value to your audience's day by:

- Educating them
- Entertaining them
- Inspiring them
- Informing them

It's welcoming.

Gonna get the banhammer from SEO Twitter if I keep posting like this - but SEO content is becoming a commodity. It all looks/feels/reads the same. To be meaningful in B2B, you have to execute in a way so it reinforces your strategic narrative, otherwise it's just a carbon copy.
