This was a big week at Intercom – we unveiled five new features to help our customers support and engage their customers better than ever before.

A completely redesigned Messenger, inspired and guided by our customer’s feedback, and unlike anything our industry has seen before. It elevates the Messenger way beyond Chat + Bots, showing how powerful it can be to engage and support customers.
A powerful next-generation, Messenger-first Tickets solution, one of our biggest customer requests and designed in partnership with those customers.
A new Visual Bot Builder, the most powerful and configurable in the market, with the best user experience making it the easiest to learn and use.
A new Checklists feature that increases customer activation, and will help our customers drive deeper product usage.
A new Tooltips feature that opens up huge new possibilities in how our customers can engage and support their customers.

On their own, these releases range from significant advances to cool features, but the power comes from how they work seamlessly together, along with the rest of the Intercom platform. They are a result of our commitment to building next-generation software that facilitates the next generation of customer relationships – faster, more convenient, more personalized. And that’s not all we’ve released recently.
