This is a story about 3 guys in India who started a SaaS company after graduating from university. But their first product idea failed pretty quickly.

But as they talked to potential customers, they got an idea for a different product. And then spent 9 months building the new product and landing a few customers.

But they didn't have a strategy or plan for growth.

Eventually, they came up with a really simple marketing strategy, doubled-down on it, and in 4 years they went from zero to $2 million in annual recurring revenue.
